Peer Support: BSH provides a safe and welcoming environment where individuals can connect with peers who share similar experiences. Peer support fosters a sense of community, understanding, and validation, promoting emotional well-being.

Mental Health Education: BSH provides educational workshops and resources to raise awareness about mental health topics, including self-care coping mechanisms, and resilience-building strategies.
